Are you attending the UNT or TWU Housing Fairs this March?

If not, you should… So, mark it on your calendars… The UNT Housing Fair will be Wednesday, March 23rd from 11am – 1pm and the TWU Fair will be the following Wednesday, March 11th from 11am – 1pm.

Your primary goal while attending these Housing Fairs is to get as much information about the participating apartment communities as possible,… Lease Rates, Leasing Terms, Lease Specials, Availability, etc. Remember, you are not there to sign a lease, you are there to gather information! Most of the apartments that will be represented at both fairs will be Student Living Communities. By definition, these are off-campus apartments complexes that have no affiliation with any of the universities in Denton. Most of these “Student Living Communities” lease only to college students. That’s right, 100% of the residence at these communities are students!

UNT Students – These Student Living Communities are the perfect transition for students (out-going freshmen entering their sophomore year) that have never lived off campus. As you know,

TWU Students – traditionally, TWU students are not permitted to live off campus unless they meet specific university academic requirement. Usually, a student will live on campus at TWU their freshman and sophomore years.
